Ito ang mensahe ng opisyal na pahayag ng legal counsel ni Bea Alonzo ngayong Huwebes, May 2, 2024.
Kaugnay ito ng reklamong cyber libel na sinampa laban sa mga beteranong media practitioners na sina Cristy Fermin at Ogie Diaz, kasama ang isa pang indibidwal na sinasabing naninira sa aktres.
Dawit din ang mga kasamang commentators nina Cristy at Ogie sa magkahiwalay nilang online shows.
Ang legal counsel ni Bea ay si Atty. Jose Manolo Garcia ng Garcia Elauria Ruanto & Associates.
Tatlong criminal cases ang ihinain ni Atty. Garcia.
Sabi sa official statement ng abogado: "The three separate criminal cases for cyber libel filed today against the named respondents are clear and very strong messages from our client, Ms. Bea Alonzo.
"She has endured all the defamatory and malicious statements against her character by these individuals in the past months or even years in silence, with dignity and grace.
"But there is always a limit and now is the time for definitive legal action."
Sinabi rin nitong ngayon lamang umaksyon ang aktres laban sa mga miyembro ng media.
"It must be underscored that in more than two decades of Ms. Alonzo’s illustrious career, this is the first time that she has taken positive steps against those who spread false news against her with the intent to besmirch her good reputation in the entertainment industry."

"NEGATIVE SENSATIONALISM" FOR THE SAKE OF "VIEWS"?
Naniniwala ang kampo ni Bea na ginamit umano nina Cristy at Ogie ang "negative sensationalism" laban sa aktres para pagkakitaan ito.
Sabi pa sa kanyang official statement: "Also, as a law abiding citizen & a dutiful taxpayer, Ms. Alonzo is enforcing her right in filing these complaints against these individuals who strategically employed negative sensationalism to drive views and followers in their favor through their social media accounts, reaping financial benefits at our client’s expense.
"Their deliberate actions aimed at tarnishing our client’s reputation not only demonstrate calculated intent but also raise questions about the transparency of their financial activities, particularly regarding potential tax obligations on their social media earnings due to the government, particularly the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
"The allegations in her complaints are supported with proper evidence."
Hindi idinetalye ng kampo ni Bea kung ano ang mga eksaktong insidente ng paninirang-puri ang tinutukoy sa reklamo.
Umaasa raw silang mananagot ang respondents sa isyu.
"Consistent with the legal process, we expect that the Office of the City Prosecutor of Quezon City will issue the respective subpoenas to the individuals concerned who will be given the opportunity to submit their counter-affidavits.
"We will await this and be ready to respond when the time comes."

BEA ALONZO FILING OF COMPLAINT
Nilabas ng kampo ni Bea ang official statement matapos siyang maghain ng kanyang sworn affidavit sa Quezon City Prosecutor's Office nitong Huwebes ng hapon.
Tahimik lamang si Bea at hinayaan ang kanyang abogado magpaliwanag ng reklamo nang kapanayamin ito ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) matapos ang filing of complaint.
Una nang sinabi ni Atty. Garcia na lubhang apektado si Bea sa mga diumano'y malisyosong impormasyong pinakalat ng respondents laban sa aktres.
Sinabi rin ng abogado na ni minsan ay hindi kinunan si Bea ng panig nito sa mga isyung ibinato sa kanya.
