Dingdong Dantes couldn't be prouder of his wife Marian Rivera.
On Thursday, July 11, 2024, the Kapuso Prime Time King expressed his admiration for her in a heartfelt social media post.
Dingdong wrote, published as is, "Hindi lang ang iyong panlabas na kagandahan ang nagningning kagabi, kundi pati na rin ang natural mong talento sa pagpapasaya at pagpukaw sa puso ng mga Pilipino.
"Isang masigabong palakpak para sa iyo, Misis ko. [emoji] Marian Rivera."
"P.S. ‘Di kailangang i-translate sa ingles, gets niyo na ‘to. [emoji]"
Marian replied to her husband's Instagram post by writing in the comments section, "Love you mahal ko. Next time, I'll call you to translate! [emoji]"
Dingdong's post was out out after she went viral for gracefully handling the "English please" request of Century Tuna Superbods 2024 winner Jether Paolomo during the question-and-answer segment of the competition's finals on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.

Several netizens have come to Marian's defense, after some poked fun and even bashed her for having a "Filipino accent" when she asked the question during the finals.
A netizen commented on Dingdong's appreciation post for Marian, writing (published as is), "I don’t get why she’s being criticized for speaking Tagalog… Hindi lahat ng nag e english eh May laman ang utak!!!
"People base everything in accent. Yan na ba ang batayan ngayon ng pagiging intelligent? Marian carried herself well and with grace!!! [emoji] there’s people who always love to find the wrong in others!"
A netizen echoed this sentiment and wrote, "I don't get people who male fun of marian just because hindi sha ma-english.
