Fans are buzzing with excitement for the upcoming onscreen tandem of BLACKPINK's Jisoo and Seo In Guk in MBC U+ Mobile TV's new series, Boyfriend On Demand, where they will star alongside actress Chae Soo Bin.
Production for the K-drama series kicked off in October 2024 and is currently in full swing.
Filipino fans are thrilled with the news that some scenes are reportedly being filmed in the Philippines.
Jisoo was spotted arriving at Mactan-Cebu International Airport last Saturday, February 8, 2025.
X user @sunnysunlisa posted a video capturing Jisoo's arrival in Cebu, where she was accompanied by her team and security personnel.
Seo In Guk followed shortly after, and the two were seen in a welcome dinner at an undisclosed restaurant in Cebu.
Filming began the day after their arrival, and fans quickly shared videos of Jisoo and In Guk on set across various social media platforms.
X user @jisoogaIIery posted videos of the pair filming, including scenes set on a beach.
In one clip, Seo In Guk and Jisoo are seen relaxing on the beach for a scene.
Another clip featured Jisoo on a surfboard.
MBC U+ Mobile TV's new romantic comedy, Boyfriend On Demand, is about Seo Mi-rae, a webtoon producer looking for a drama-free lovelife. She uses Monthly Boyfriend, a virtual dating game, to "date" 900 men and explore love without real-world problems.
BLACKPINK's Jisoo plays Seo Mi-rae, while Seo In-guk is Park Gyeong-nam, though his character remains a mystery.
The show also stars Ryu Abel, Kang Min-woo, Park Ji-ho, Song Ha-na, Yoo Sun-ho, Kim Sung-cheol, Gong Min-jung, and Seo Hyo-rim, with a guest appearance by Park Ha-young.
The premiere date for the series is yet to be announced.
