Get ready for an unparalleled experience of J-Hope's highly anticipated Hope on the Stage concert!
Happening live at the SM Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena on April 12 and 13, 2025, the Manila leg is J-Hope's first stop after South Korea and North America.
It is also part of his major announcement of additional tour dates, following his triumphant three-song set at Paris’ Le Gala des Pièces Jaunes.
Mobile services provider Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) is giving its Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers an exclusive opportunity to secure highly sought-after concert tickets through a special presale event.
J-HOPE'S MANILA CONCERT: presale access code
To join the ticket pre-sale event on February 20, 2025, at 10 a.m., subscribers must first download the Smart App on Google Play Store or iOS App Store.
Up to February 18, 2025, Smart Prepaid subscribers may get their presale access code upon loading on the Smart App.
Smart Postpaid subscribers with Plan 599 to 2999 may redeem their presale access code on the app from February 14 to 18 by clicking the “Hope on the Stage” tab.
Smart Infinity members, meanwhile, may automatically get their presale access code on the app.
First-come, first-served basis
However, securing a presale access code does not automatically guarantee a ticket.
It only gives subscribers a chance to participate in the Smart Presale Event on a first-come-first-served basis.
This means subscribers need to best other participants as soon as the Smart Presale Event opens on February 20 at 10 a.m.
Those who successfully enter the Smart Presale Event may follow these steps to proceed with their ticket purchase.
- Visit www.livenation.ph and log in or register.
- Search for "J-Hope" and click “Find out more.”
- Scroll down and click on “Smart Presale.” You’ll be redirected to www.smtickets.com.
- Log in then select “Hope on the Stage,” and click “Buy Tickets.”
- Enter your presale access code. A maximum of two (2) tickets per single transaction is allowed. Two (2) tickets must be purchased at once.
- Select your desired seat(s) and complete the payment.
Once the transaction is successful, subscribers will receive an email containing their claim ticket voucher or it will appear under My Account > My Ticket.
Print the ticket voucher, then claim the physical ticket in any SM Ticket outlet any time before show day.
A physical ticket is required for entrance on the day of the concert.
