For the first time in eight months, the Brazilian beauty queen shared photos featuring herself and the ABS-CBN actor in the same frame.
The last time this happened was in June 2024, during Anechka’s school recognition day.
In November 2024, both John and Priscilla attended a school activity for their única hija, but they were not photographed together.
At Anechka's birthday party, Priscilla and John appeared more cordial with each other, fueling speculation about a possible reconciliation.

PRISCILLA MEIRELLES SPEAKS UP ABOUT STATUS WITH JOHN
On February 20, 2025, PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) asked Priscilla via direct messaging about the status of her relationship with John.
Her initial response was, “Will get back to you.”
True to her word, Priscilla answered our question on Tuesday, February 25.
She began, “I’d like to state that John and I are committed to co-parenting in a respectful and constructive manner.
“Our love for Anechka is unwavering, and what truly matters to us is her well-being above all else.”
PEP then asked her, “Are you civil or friends with each other?”
Priscilla answered, “We are civil.”
She then said about John: “He is the father of my daughter, and I hold a great deal of respect for him in that regard.
“Additionally, he has been a good father and provider up to this point, and I appreciate his efforts in that role as well.”

JOHN’S MESSAGE FOR HIS DAUGHTER
John, for his part, did not forget to compliment Priscilla in his birthday message for Anechka.
Part of John’s message to his daughter read (published as is): “I want u to grow up like your MOM cos shes an Amazing person, and i wish that No Matter how old youd be one of these days u would still listen and respect us as your parents cos we just want the best for you,
“pls know it in your heart that every time your Happy, didi is the happiest, il do everything to make sure that youll have a meaningful life, and il always be here to protect and love you till my last breath…”

JOHN AND PRISCILLA’S 2024 BREAKUP
In July 2024, John revealed via an Instagram Story that he and Priscilla had “mutually agreed to take a break for quite some time now.”
His statement came shortly after he posted about his trip to Boracay.
In the comments section, netizens playfully asked whether he was with "Lena" or "Marites"—the two love interests of his character, Rigor, in FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.
Priscilla then joined the conversation, identifying a woman who was allegedly with John on his beach trip. She also made a pointed remark about him looking “newly divorced.”
In response, John denied having any romantic involvement with the woman Priscilla had mentioned.
Since then, the two have gone their separate ways.
