Naging bukas si Rhian Ramos na pag-usapan ang dalawang taong itinuturing niya lowest point ng buhay niya.
Hindi na dinetalye kung anong intriga ang ipinukol sa kanya, pero malaki raw ang epekto nito sa kanya noon.
Dumating daw sa punto na pinaniwalaan niya na totoo ang mga intrigang naibato sa kanya noon.
Dahilan ito kaya nakaramdam siya ng sobrang kalungkutan at muntik niya raw sukuan ang kaniyang showbiz career, maging ang kanyang buhay.
Sa panayam ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) kay Rhian, binahagi ng Sinagtala lead actress ang masalimuot na pinagdaanan at paano niya napagalabanan ito.
Lahad niya: "Well again, I think I mentioned also how alone I really felt. And sometimes, alam mo yun, parang the more we tell ourselves that the more that we don't want, or we can talk to people.
"Like, I have a super supportive, understanding mom. And for me to tell myself na I can't even talk to her...
"There are things talaga that we can tell ourselves when we feel depressed that make us feel more alone or lonely.
"Even through that time, I remember the day that I felt better, one day I'm just dancing and then I realized, 'Wow, I feel better.'"
Ibang-iba raw ang disposisyon niya noon.
"Because you wouldn't catch me dancing anytime before.
"It's always you catch me crying, hugging my pillow, feeling sad and sorry for myself.
"Yeah, music really kept me company the whole time."
Malaking tulong din kay Rhian ang pagkonsulta sa eksperto, at hanggang ngayon ay bumibisita pa rin siya paminsan-minsan sa kanyang psychologist.
"I did, I went to therapy for many, many months, and I also don't stop. It's something that I go back to every once in a while.
"I still seek professional [help]. It's important to find a therapist or a psychologist that you really trust or you feel like you can really get along with.
"Siyempre we're all good at our jobs on different levels, it's really important to pick someone that you can really depend on."
Patuloy ni Rhian: "But I found a couple of doctors that I really felt I can trust.
"They ask me the right questions, they let me arrive at conclusions on my own. They didn't tell me what to do but through talking to them, I realized what I needed to do."

Dahil malaking tulong ang musika para malampasan niya ang mabibigat na problema noon, mas lalong napalapit kay Rhian ang pelikulang Sinagtala, kunsaan ginapanan niya ang role ni June, na drummer sa grupo.
Ani Rhian: "I'm super duper grateful for everyone who is coming out to see the movie.
"Whether isang ticket ang bilhin niyo o magpa-block screen kayo ng buong cinema, we appreciate every single one.
"This is our way of connecting to people. I connect through acting performance, some connect through music. Hopefully, a lot of people will feel that through this movie."
Pagbabahagi pa ni Rhian, "Music was the one thing in my life that I really feel I was not alone even through the darkest days.
"For me, when there are feelings that I couldn't put into words or I couldn't talk to people about, there's always music proving to me that there is someone out there who felt that already, felt the same thing.
"I think it's really important to celebrate that. There's more to our movie also than the music but I let the viewers discover what that is."
Tinalakay din sa pelikula ang kahalagahan ng pagkakaibigan at pananampalataya sa Diyos.
"But I think, the over-all message of the movie is something I always want my viewers to feel or always want my fans to know, which is you are not alone.
"For anyone who's gonna watch this movie, that's how they'll feel."
Kasama ni Rhian sa Sinagtala sina Glaiza de Castro, Rayver Cruz, Arci Muñoz, at Matt Lozano.
Masaya ang aktres dahil nakabuo sila ng isang malalim na pagkakaibigan na bihira nang makita sa showbiz.
Paglahad niya, "This is probably the best result that I've ever gotten from doing a project in terms of relationship building.
"There are many projects that I do. I'm so focused on the script and whatever. Yun talaga ang goal ko is to perform my character. And then pagkatapos ng shoot, 'Bye guys!'
"This is one movie na I can say I really get out of it real friendships with people that I trust, I can tell secrets to, and puwede kaming magkuwentuhan because we trust each other."

Samantala, isa sa nakalinyang gawin din ni Rhian ay ang Girls Love (GL) movie na may titulong I Fell, It's Fine.
Dito ay makakatambal niya si Glaiza de Castro, na kasama niya rin sa Sinagtala.
Unang nagsama sina Rhian at Glaiza sa seryeng The Rich Man's Daughter noong 2015, kunsaan nabuo ang kanilang GL loveteam.
"After so long, grabe, I'm so happy. Even nung time nung The Rich Man's Daughter, I personally wanted a follow-up project."
Tinalakay sa The Rich Man's Daughter ang pagiging bukas sa LGBT.
Pagbabalik-tanaw ni Rhian sa The Rich Man's Daughter, "I felt it was such a happy time for everyone, and so many people connected with that show.
"It gave a lot of people lakas ng loob, confidence, and strength, and I want to continue on that train.
"Hayun, after one decade I think, it's finally happening now, but everything happens for a reason."
Dahil GL movie ang gagawing pelikula, bukas ba si Rhian sa kissing scenes or intimate scenes kasama si Glaiza?
"Siguro, di pa nasyu-shoot," sagot ni Rhian.
"We actually did have kissing scene in The Rich Man's Daughter. It wasn't airable in TV back in that year.
"I don't know if it is now, but somewhere out there, it exists. It's probably on YouTube."
Patuloy ni Rhian, "Intimate scenes? Yeah, I don't see any difference naman from any other kissing scene or intimate scene that I may have done.
"Is it nerve wracking? Yeah, sure. I think we worked together on enough projects together already, na I feel, like, I can enter into that scene completely confident na kaya naming magpasahan ng energy at magsaluhan."
Pero bago pa simulang gawin ang I Fell, It's Fine ay magkakasama rin sina Rhian at Glaiza sa seryeng Sang'gre ng GMA-7, na inaabangan na ng maraming mga Encantadia fans.
"You know when we promote projects and say we're excited na mapanood ito, itong pinaghirapan namin, pinaghirapan talaga namin ito. I'm so tired but it's all really rewarding and worth it.
Pagtitiyak pa ni Rhian, "It's going to be very emotional, it's also going to be very visual.
"You will see a lot of beautiful things and we work also to make our own fight scenes good as well."

Tinanong din namin si Rhian tungkol sa kanyang matalik na kaibigan na si Michelle Dee, na kalalabas lang sa Bahay ni Kuya bilang isa sa guest housemate ng Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition.
Ayon kay Rhian, nagkuwento sa kanya ang kaibigan na marami itong natutunan at nadiskubre habang nasa loob ito ng PBB House.
Ani Rhian, "I'm super happy that she opened up like that.
"Me and Michelle, we are actually both introverts. I'm sure hindi halata because she always carries herself with so much confidence.
"But you know, I hope you also understand it took a lot of work and training, she's not always like that. She worked on herself to be able to do it."
Pagbabahagi pa ni Rhian sa naikuwento ni Michelle: "What she said she really enjoyed about it, she felt she went on a retreat daw.
"Sabi niya there were parts about life na she didn't expect na how deep she will be thinking while she's there.
"Parang sila-sila lang kasi ang nandoon, sila-sila lang ang nag-uusap."
Nakatulong daw ang PBB stint para mas maka-reflect si Michelle.
"So, parang it's really a prime situation to really open up your heart, you know, ask each other how they go about life.
"She felt it was really a retreat. She got really excited about all of the new friends that she made.
"She already told me how are going to throw a dinner and have everyone when they all get out."
