Krishnah Gravidez reflects on her Miss World journey

Beauty queen Krishnah Gravidez is overflowing with gratitude after her remarkable experience at the Miss World 2025 pageant.

On June 9, 2025, PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) spoke with Krishnah during her homecoming press conference at the Grand Westside Hotel in Pasay City.

The event took place just days after she was crowned Miss World Asia, one of the continental queens at the pageant.

Krishnah expressed her heartfelt appreciation for being back home and sharing this victory with her fellow Filipinos.

"It's so nice to be back home and, you know, bringing home the title Miss World Asia," she told PEP.ph.

Krishnah continued, "I'm really beaming with pride and with joy right now to celebrate the victory, this victory with the entire Filipino community and the entire Philippines."

Embracing her journey with pride, despite not winning the country's second Miss World crown, Krishnah said she's satisfied with her accomplishment,

She remarked, "It's still a crown for the Philippines. It's still a huge achievement for the Philippines.

"Kaya I'm really proud and this is just the fruit of all the effort and the love from the entire Filipino community."

KRISHNAH GRAVIDEZ: MISS WORLD JOURNEY

For Krishnah, the Miss World pageant was truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Beyond the crown, she values the friendships and connections she made during the experience even more.

"It's an incredible journey," she said. "It's, I believe, the best one month of my life ever.

"Because for me, it's more than a competition, you know, like the meaningful conversations, connections, relationships, friendships that I've built there together with my sisters—and 107 sisters from all over the world.

"It's really a rare opportunity to be on that platform."

Krishnah added, "And, of course, the Miss World organization is very thoughtful.

"They made sure that we are very well taken care of and I've learned a lot of things there."

Would she have altered anything about her journey, given the opportunity?

"Nako, wala... wala talaga," Krishnah answered firmly.

Explaining: "At that time, the present time during the competition or each day that I was there, I believe we did what we think is best at that time.

"And I wouldn't change anything because it's a team effort, collaborative effort.

"And every day that I was there, together with the support of my team and the entire Philippines, I feel like we did what we think was best.

"So, yeah, we're here because of our effort, because of our love, because of the support of the entire Filipino community. Kaya I'm really grateful to be here."

KRISHNAH GRAVIDEZ: FUTURE PLANS

With the conclusion of the Miss World 2025 pageant, Krishnah will carry on with her duties as Miss World Philippines, concentrating on her advocacy work.

She said, "Moving forward, of course, I still have to, you know, fulfill my duties as Miss World Asia, and still be an advocate."

Looking ahead, she's open to new opportunities, including a potential career as a recording artist.

Krishnah revealed, "And then, of course, I'm also planning to pursue my recording artist career.

"Yeah, and then hopefully you'll see more or you will hear more songs from me this year."

Additionally, Krishnah plans to resume her studies and pursue a degree in Civil Engineering.

She said, "I'm planning to take up Civilk Engineering... My priority right now is to go back to school and finish my studies."
