In the April 29 episode of QTV-11's Ricky Lo Exclusives, the veteran newspaper columnist interviews public figures who are undergoing major challenges in their lives right now. In the episode titled "Trails of Trials," Ricky Lo will interview Gretchen and Claudine Barretto, Heart Evangelista, Ruffa Gutierrez, Martin Nievera, Rommel Adducul and Judy Ann Santos.
Purefoods Giants basketball player Rommel will talk about his battle against nasopharyngeal cancer. This type of cancer develops in the nasopharynx, the air space at the back of the nose and above the soft part of the palette. The 31-year old center for the Purefoods Giant underwent chemotherapy and radiation treatments for his disease.
