Ellen Adarna wants to put to rest rumors that she and husband Derek Ramsay have broken up.
On Friday, September 5, 2025, Ellen took to Instagram Stories to directly address viral posts claiming she had unfollowed Derek on the app.
The rumors picked up steam after netizens noticed Derek’s name was "missing" from Ellen’s Instagram following list, fueling speculation that there is trouble in their marriage.
In response, Ellen uploaded a screen recording of her Instagram following list, showing that she still follows the actor, calling the unfollow reports false.

"Tigilan niyo na kami ha. Dami na fake news ekeklavooo," she wrote, sounding candid and frustrated.
Ellen suggested the confusion may have been caused by a glitch on her account rather than any marital rift.
The former actress wrote, published as is: "Sooo... i never unfollowed my husband. Ever. And i dont know whats happening here on my ig. But here you go...
"when i search his name - im following him. But on my following list, hes not there and i dont know whats up IG?! Ano ba talaga? Ako rin nalito nako lol"
Ellen’s clarification echoes her husband’s recent attempts to fight speculations about their relationship.
Earlier this month, Derek condemned fake reports that accused Ellen of infidelity, writing in his Instagram Story: "Stop spreading lies about my family. Liana is my daughter and Ellen is a loyal wife!"
Meanwhile, on DZRH’s Morly Alinio and Gorgy Rula show on August 26, 2025, Morly said he spoke with Derek about the breakup rumors.
Derek reiterated the rumors were false and pleaded with the public to stop circulating them, saying he’s out of showbiz and now leads a private life with Ellen.
