Ang bahagi ng statement ng VP: “In addition, credible information received by the family from hospital sources reveals that Former President Duterte had to be subjected to laboratory tests after being found unconscious on the floor of his room.”
Ani Sara: “The family was not informed of the ‘accident’ and no explanation was given.
“These alarming developments raise grave concerns about the capacity of the ICC to guarantee the security and safety of FPRRD.”

VP SARA claims ICC “PERSISTENTLY IGNORED" FPRRD'S NEEDS
Ayon pa sa pahayag: “If the ICC is to remain true to its mandate as a court of justice, it cannot turn a blind eye to the health and wellness condition of FPRRD.
"To deprive an elderly man—abducted, denied his rights under Philippine law, and subjected to surveillance disguised as 'welfare checks'—of basic dignity and proper care is not justice.
“This is cruelty."

AFTER VP SARA, FPRRD’S LAWYER ALSO ISSUED A STATEMENT
Ayon pa kay Kaufman: "The Court will rule on whether the former President, who has been kept from the public eye since his surrender, may continue to be detained."

ICC CANNOT COMMENT ON DETAINED PERSON’S PERSONAL SITUATION
Ayon sa DFA: "Such visits, if any, are strictly conducted with the approval or at the request of the person in detention.
"It can be underscored that the consular visit was made by career consular officials of the Embassy in a professional, nonintrusive and respectful manner, and not by any other supposed ‘agents of the government.’"
"As to an alleged recent incident pertaining to the former President’s health condition, the Philippine Government has no information on such matter, and inquiries about it are best referred to the ICC Spokesperson."
FORMER PRESIDENT DUTERTE CHARGED WITH THREE COUNTS OF MURDER
