Dumalo si Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez na nakipag-duet kay Rob D.
Kinanta ni Regine ang hit song niyang "You Are My Song" bilang tribute kay Vic del Rosario, na pinarangalan ng Lifetime Achievement Award para sa kontribusyon nito sa music industry.
Pinagkaloob kay Ely Buendia ang Dangal ng Pilipino Award para sa di matatawarang ambag niya at ng grupong Eraserheads sa industriya ng musikang Pilipino.
Nagpasiklab sa performances ang BINI, Ben & Ben, BGYO, at Color It Red; at sina Sheryn Regis at Dulce, Dionela, Earl Agustin, Lolita Carbon, Janine Berdin, Ice Seguerra, at Aicelle Santos.
Naging presenters naman sina Randy Santiago, Nina, Morissette Amon, Vehnee Saturno, Christian Bautista, Inigo Pascual, Sitti, Kris Lawrence, Dilaw, Wency Cornejo, at iba pa.
