Ang masaya sanang bakasyon ng pamilya ni Kaye Abad ay napalitan ng pangamba nang manakaw ang ilang mahahalagang gamit nila.

Sa isang Facebook post nitong Miyerkules, November 19, 2025, ibinahagi ni Kaye ang nakakatakot na karanasan ng kanilang pamilya sa Las Vegas matapos manakawan ang sasakyang gamit nila.

Kuwento niya, nasa kalagitnaan sila ng pananghalian nang mangyari ang insidente.

Natangay raw ng kawatan ang kanyang bag na naglalaman ng mga mahahalagang gamit gaya ng mga ID at passport.

Agad daw ini-report ni Kaye ang insidente sa mga awtoridad.

Mababasa sa post ni Kaye, kalakip ang litrato niya habang nasa police station (published as is): "We went to Vegas para magbakasyon and isuroy ang kids. Never did I think that one of the places I’d end up visiting was the police station.

"My bag was stolen inside the car with all my IDs and 2 passports. (never leave ur bags inside the car.) We just had lunch for 1 hr and this happened."

Kaye remains grateful that her family was unharmed

Sa kabila ng nangyari, nagpapasalamat pa rin si Kaye na walang masamang nangyari sa kanyang pamilya—ang asawang si Paul Jake Castillo at mga anak nilang sina Pio Joaquin, 7, at Iñigo Leon, 3.
