Kinilala si Dennis para sa kanyang mahusay na pagganap sa pelikulang Green Bones, na nagpanalo rin sa kanya ng Best Actor sa MMFF 2024, Gawad Urian 2025, at sa katatapos lang din na 41st Star Awards for Movies.
