Ito ang pahayag ni Alfred Vargas sa desisyon ng Office of the City Prosecutor ng Maynila na ibasura ang reklamong child abuse na isinampa nila ng misis na si Yasmine laban kay Rob Sy at sa partner nitong si Jovelle Bacosa.
Kaugnay ito ng diumano'y mga insidenteng pambu-bully ng anak nina Rob at Jovelle sa anak nina Alfred at Yasmine.

Parehong mga menor de edad ang mga bata.
Ang alegasyon nina Alfred at Yasmine, ilang beses umano silang umapela kina Rob at Jovelle na suhetuhin ang anak ng mga ito para matigil ang sinasabing pambu-bully nito sa kanilang anak.
Lumikha raw kasi ito ng "fear" at "emotional distress" sa anak nina Alfred at Yasmine.
Binalewala umano ito nina Rob at Jovelle.
Nagdesisyon sina Alfred at Yasmine na ireklamo sina Rob at Jovelle ng paglabag sa Section 10A ng Republic Act 7610, o Special Protection Against Child Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act.
Sa parte ni Rob, mariin niyang pinabulaanan ang alegasyon sa kanila at nanindigang hindi "bully" ang kanilang anak.

THE PROSECUTOR'S RESOLUTION
Hindi pinaboran ng Office of the Prosecutor ng Maynila ang reklamo nina Alfred at Yasmine.
Ayon sa isang bahagi ng resolusyon ng prosecutor: “Moreover, the complainants argue in the main that the respondents’ purported failure to intervene and supervise their son is the cause of their child’s predicament.
“However, such argument appears to be merely based on speculation.
“Allegation is not in itself evidence.”
Kaugnay nito, wala raw naisumiteng sapat na ebidensiya na magpapatunay na dapat kasuhan ang complainants.

ALFRED VARGAS STATEMENT
Hiningan ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) ng opisyal na pahayag si Alfred hinggil sa desisyon ng piskal.
Ngayong Huwebes, May 28, ibinahagi ni Alfred na hindi pa niya nakukuha ang opisyal na kopya ng resolusyon mula sa prosecutor.
Sabi niya: "We have been informed about the decision of the prosecutor.
"While we have yet to receive the official decision, we say with certainty that we respect the law and due process and we will continue to do so regardless of the outcome.
"In the same light, due process allows us to seek legal remedies.
"We will exert all available legal avenues to pursue justice for our child.
"Thank you for all your prayers."
Sinampahan din ng misis ni Alfred na si Yasmine ng cyber libel ang partner ni Rob na si Jovelle.

Ito ay dahil sa mga paulit-ulit umanong mapanirang online posts ni Jovelle tungkol kay Yasmine at sa pamilya Vargas.
Wala pang resolusyon ang prosecutor hinggil dito sa ngayon.
