Gazini Ganados continues to keep the Philippines in contention after advancing to the Top 10 of the inaugural Miss Grand International All-Stars, currently underway in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Miss Universe Philippines 2019 delivered a standout performance in the swimsuit round, earning high marks from the panel of judges.
Gazini received perfect 10s from four judges—Natalie Glebova, Jojo Bragais, Omar Harfouch, Abena Akuaba, and Psi Scott. She also garnered a 9.9 from Osmel Sousa and a 9 from Isabella Menin, with her lowest score being a 7 from Lupita Jones.
Combined with 709 online votes, Gazini secured a total score of 6.66, ensuring her place in the next round.
Meanwhile, fellow Filipina contender Fuschia Anne Ravena fell short of making the Top 10. She earned a total judges’ score of 7.66 and amassed 2,313 online votes. However, her final combined score settled at 5.43, placing her at the Top 16.
Vietnam’s Huong Giang emerged as the frontrunner after topping the round with the highest judges’ score of 8.64. Her massive online support, totaling 32,860 votes, boosted her final score to 7.03.
