The heartwarming moment was captured on video and shared on Facebook by Mommy Dionisia's boyfriend, Mike Yamson, and Jinkee Pacquiao.

In the video, Jimuel embraced Mommy Dionisia, who became visibly emotional upon seeing her grandson in person after so many years.
Members of the Pacquiao family are in the States for a holiday and a get-together.

The last time Mommy Dionisia saw Jimuel was five years ago.
Jimuel is now based in the United States, where he is pursuing a boxing career and following in the footsteps of his father, Manny Pacquiao.

MOMMY D FINALLY MEETS CLARA
What made the occasion even more special was that it also marked the first time Mommy Dionisia met her great-granddaughter, Clara.
Clara is the daughter of Jimuel with wife, Carolina Pimentel.

“Ang aking apo sa tuhod, bless lola, ang ganda,” a delighted Mommy Dionisia said as she saw Clara up close.
One video shared online showed Jinkee carrying Clara while Mommy Dionisia endearingly threw glances at her great-granddaughter.
