Binigyang-linaw ni Miss Grand International 2025 Emma Mary Tiglao kung bakit siya ang nagsuot ng inihandang gown ni Gazini Ganados para sa finale ng Miss Grand International (MGI) All Stars noong May 30, 2025.
Ang gown ay gawa ng designer na si Ehrran Montoya, na nagulat din nang mapanood niyang si Emma ang nagsuot ng idinesenyo niyang gown para kay Gazini.

Sa grand launch ng bagong beauty pageant na Reina Filipinas nitong Miyerkules ng gabi, June 10, 2026, sa Newport Grand Bar and Lounge sa Pasay City, inusisa ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) si Emma tungkol dito.
EMERGENCY HOSTING AT MGI ALL STARS
Una munang ipinaliwanag ni Emma ang nangyaring "emergency hosting" nila ni Michelle Dee sa finale night ng MGI All Stars.
Ayon sa mga lumabas na balita, hindi raw masyadong natuwa si Nawat Itsaragrisil, founder ng MGI, sa solo hosting ng Ecuadorian actor at host na si Danilo Carrera.
Lahad ni Emma: "Thankful na lang din ako kasi nga, emergency hosting. Parang on the spot hosting din ang nangyari. Nangyari lang the day itself.
"Hindi kami nabigyan ng time or a day to read the script. Few hours lang kami binigyan to read the script.
"And I am thankful that Papa [Nawat] trust us, Michelle and I, para makapag-host. Imagine, hosting the first-ever MGI All Stars, it's extraordinary. Amazing!"
Kinumpirma ni Emma na biglaan ang pagsalang sa kanila bilang hosts ng pageant.
"Biglaan. Pati mga gown," sambit ng beauty queen.
Kasunod nito ay ibinahagi ni Emma ang kuwento sa likod ng pagsusuot niya ng gown ni Gazini, isa sa limang kandidata ng Pilipinas sa inaugural Miss Grand International All Stars.
Paliwanag niya: "Pinahiram sa akin ni Gazini and the team. And me and Mommy Ehrran were totally okay. I love Mommy Ehrran.
"And nakita niyo naman, ang ganda nung gown. So deserve niya talagang mapakita sa Grand International stage."

EMMA TIGLAO AS REINA FILIPINAS NATIONAL DIRECTOR
Sa launching ng bagong Reina Filipinas Organization, inanunsiyong si Emma ang magiging national director ng pageant.
Ang shoe designer na si Jojo Bragais ang tumatayong presidente, at excutive partner naman ang Thai na si Nawat Itsaragrisil.
Gaganapin sa August 2026 ang first pageant ng organisasyon kung saan tatlong korona ang paglalabanan: Reina Filipinas Grand International at dalawang korona para sa Reina Filipinas Grand All Stars.
Sinabi ni Emma sa question-and-answer portion ng launching, may pressure talagang dala ang pagkakahirang sa kanya bilang national director ng Reina Filipinas.
"Being entrusted with this kind of responsibility, there is a big pressure on that.
"But I want to turn that pressure into motivation, because like what you've said a while ago, I became a candidate in the school, barangays, you know.
"My pageant journey became like a ladder.
"So, madami akong challenges, marami akong pinagdaanan before I reached where I am right now.
"And not because of me, myself alone, but also because of the people around me.
"So, I am also grateful to Jojo. Thank you, Jo, for this position and promise that I will work very hard, like, I am working very hard with MGI."
Pagpapatuloy ni Emma: "I still have the responsibility as your Miss Grand International and right now, I also have the responsibility as your national director.
"And like what I've said a while ago, we will not just produce queens, but we will help them with our experience.
"Together with Jojo and the team, we will help them grow and succeed more in life.
"Kailangan kasi embrace mo yung pressure.
"Pag hindi mo yun in-embrace, yung pressure, lalo ka lang hahabulin, di ba? Magiging negative lang.
"So, embrace the pressure, turn it into motivation, lalo na kung meron ka namang support system behind you.
"I know that you can make it."
MISSION AND VISION FOR REINA FILIPINAS
Ano ang mission and vision niya para sa Reina Filipinas?
Ayon kay Emma: "My vision and mission is the same, like Jojo said a while ago.
"But also, I want to include this time, is to be more on their purpose, to focus more on their purpose.
"Lke what I've done, few days ago, when the people got hit by the earthquake doon po sa Mindanao.
"Right on the day, I did a live selling to donate pa po para sa mga naapektuhan ng earthquake, because we had, like, 30-plus casualties sa Mindanao pa lang and we still have a lot more people missing.
"So focus more on purpose kasi pageantry, it's not about the gowns or the discipline that you see about the girls.
"It's all about the heart, to serve, and to give back to the community, to give back to the people.
"It's more on that. It's my mission and vision to the Reina Filipinas."
Sa pakikipag-usap ng PEP kay Emma, inusisa namin siya kung hindi ba siya napapagod sa kanyang ginagawa.
Bukod sa pagiging national director ng Reina Filipinas, may responsibilidad pa rin siya bilang reigning Miss Grand International.
Aniya: "More on ano na lang siguro, giving back. Kasi ang dami rin taong tumulong sa akin kung bakit nandito na ako ngayon. And the way to give back to the people is to help the community also."
Bilang national director, ano ang inaasahan niya sa mga sasali sa Reina Filipinas?
Tugon ni Emma: "Excited ako kung anong bagong flavor ang kanilang maibibigay at kung gaano sila ka-ready.
"Kasi they saw how we compete, not just me, CJ [Opiaza], and the other Grand queens.
"Nakita nila paano kami nag-compete sa international stage. So, excited ako anong flavor pa ang kanilang maibibigay [sa pageant]."
Nagtaas ba siya ng standard sa mga hinahanap nila sa Reina Filipinas?
Saad ni Emma: "Siguro kapag nagtaas tayo ng standard, siguro kaya tayo nasasaktan and kaya tayo minsan may mga negative comments, it's because of our expectation, and yung pag-a-assume natin.
"Dapat ang candidate ganito, dapat ganyan.
"Hindi ba ang sarap sa feeling kapag nagugulat n alang tayo na, 'Ay, kaya pala niya ito.'"
Gaano siya ka-hands on sa pageant?
Ayon kay Emma: "I will try to be more active because right now, I'm still reigning Miss Grand International.
"Actually, on the 12th, I have a flight going to Guatemala.
"And lagi naman ako nagmi-message kay Jojo and the team. So, ganun ako magiging ka-hands on."
Handa na ang executive committee ng Reina Filipinas.
Excited naman ang pageant fans dahil personal na pamamahalaan ni Nawat ang pageant, ang technicals, at ang production ng Reina Filipinas asa August 7, 2026.
