Maraming pageant fans ang pumupuri sa founder at CEO ng Miss Grand International (MGI), ang Thai na si Nawat Itsaragrisil, dahil sa galing daw nito sa pagma-mount ng beauty pageant.
Bukod sa Miss Grand International taun-taon, hawak din niya ang Miss Grand International (MGI) All Stars, at ang franchise ng Miss Universe Thailand.
Ayon sa mga nakapanood na ng pageants na pinamumunuan ni Nawat, nasusunod lagi ang schedule ng activities at sakto sa oras ang pagsisimula nito.
Hindi rin matatawaran ang stage design, lights, music, at production numbers tuwing idinadaos ang kanyang hawak na pageants.
Ang pinakahuli nga dito ay ang inaugural MGI All Stars noong May 30, 2026.

NAWAT ITSARAGRISIL'S PAGEANT TRAINING
Paano nagsimula ang pagkahilig ng Thai executive sa pageantry world?
Ano ang naging inspirasyon niya sa "almost-prefect execution" tuwing nagdaraos siya ng pageant?
Sa launching ng Reina Filipinas, ang bagong pageant organization na pinangungunahan ni Jojo Bragais, nagbalik-tanaw si Nawat tungkol dito.
Saad ni Nawat sa wikang Ingles: "Oh, it's a long, long time because of... I working for television, almost 30 years, when I was only 20-years something.
"Yes. I learning by myself. I learning by practice.
"And I have a secret. Every year, I will off my duty and I traveling to U.S. I going to see the show.
"The biggest show or the most important show and the most expensive show. I did every year. I did by myself and my team."
Pinag-aaralan daw itong mabuti ni Nawat upang mai-apply sa kanyang kumpanya.
Lahad niya: "Yeah, every, every show in Las Vegas, the most expensive, like a many thousand for one ticket, I did, because I believe them.
"I will see something inspire me. And of course, every time, when I saw the good show, I think it's okay.
"I'm more understanding the trend in the futures and the new technology, what they have to do.
"So that's why I always creating something new all the time. This is the reason why I like the creative very much.
"So, until now, you know, someone they don't know yet."

NAWAT ITSARAGRISIL ON DEVELOPING THE MGI HALL
Dahil lumalaki na ang Miss Grand International, naisip niyang bumili ng sariling hall para pagdarausan ng pageant taun-taon.
Mahal daw kasi ang magrenta ng venue at magtayo ng stage at maglagay ng special effects kung kinakailangan.
Saad ni Nawat: "I have our own, our own place to do a show, we call MGI.
"MGI is my own place, yeah, to be a show. Ah, the capacity the big. The big hall is 33,000-plus. And the small hall is 200 seats available.
"So I decided to buy the theater, to buy the hall."
Ang tinutukoy ni Nawat ay ang MGI Hall sa 6th floor ng Bravo BKK Mall sa Bangkok.
Nabili raw niya ito may tatlong taon na ang nakararaan.
"Last three years ago, really expensive, because my inspiration, I want to do a good show.
"So that's why I have to have a place. If I don't have the place, if I rent the place, the rental is so expensive and I have to spend more day to building like a special effect.
"Everything, like water from the floor, water from the ceiling, everything we must spend a lot of time.
"So, that's why I decided to buy a new hall belonging by MGI."
Executive partner ng Reina Filipinas si Nawat kaya tutulong daw siya sa production ng finals nito sa August 7, 2026.
