Hindi papayagang rumampa si Joy Barcoma para sa kanyang farewell walk bilang Miss Philippines Earth 2025?
Ito ang tanong ng masugid na tagasuporta ng beauty queen na pinuputakti ng mensahe ang Carousel Productions, ang organizer ng Miss Philippines Earth na pinamumunuan ni Lorraine Schuck.
Sa Sabado, June 27, 2026, ang coronation night para sa bagong Miss Philippines Earth titleholder, at inaasahang si Joy ang magpapasa ng korona.
Pero may kumalat na impormasyon sa social media na, diumano, sinabihan si Joy ng representative ng pageant organizer na hindi siya ang magte-turnover ng korona at hindi rin pormal na makakapagpaalam bilang reigning Miss Philippines Earth 2025.
Inalis umano siya sa programa kahit kasado na ang glam team at flight niya patungong Malitbog, Bukidnon, kung saan gaganapin ang coronation night.
Kasabay nito ay napakuwestiyon ang fans kung may kinalaman ito sa post ng pageant brand manager na si Astrud Schuck.
“If a contract is breached many times, action is taken," saad ni Shuck sa thought bubble ng kanyang social media post na na-screenshot ng pageant fans.
Dito na lalong umugong ang espekulasyon kung bakit sinasabing walang farewell walk si Joy sa coronation night bukas.
Mabilis namang sinagot ni Joy ang netizens na kumukuwestiyon kung mayroon siyang hindi nasunod sa panuntunan ng Miss Philippines Earth.
“Nag-promote? I was called out but was advised to be careful next time.
"For clout? I had advocacy events that I didn’t post, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t do them.
"Utang? Last time I checked, I just sent my events with TF to them. I haven’t been told how much I owe," paglilinaw ng beauty queen-turned-TV host.

Nanindigan din si Joy na natupad niya ang kanyang mga responsibilidad bilang Miss Philippines Earth 2025.
Ito ay upang kontrahin ang mga pumupuna kung apektado ng trabaho niya sa labas ng organisasyon ang kanyang commitment sa pageant.

“Hello. First of all, I wasn’t required or invited to all the activities. Hinahati po sa amin ang ganap so all queens have online and offline presence.
"Masyado na po akong saturated with work, so the organization decided to give highlights and opportunities to the Elemental Queens because they also hold responsibility in promoting the cause and the pageant.
“If it’s about commitment to the cause, you can check how I actively represent MPE in provincial events to the point that I even encourage local directors and LGUs to send their delegates to MPE whenever I host their pageants. I also had speaking engagements and upcoming ones."
Diin pa ni Joy, sagad na siya sa dami ng engagements niya para sa Miss Philippines Earth kaya ang iba ay dinadaluhan ng iba pang beauty queens.
"May target ganaps and postings po kami per month, and these need to be achieved to be eligible for our allowance as queens. Again, because I already have many engagements, these are given to other queens so they can also reach their targets," saad niya.

Hindi naman tuwirang sinagot ni Joy ang usap-usapang hindi siya ang magpapasa ng korona sa bagong Miss Philippines Earth.
Kaya nag-iwan pa rin ito ng palaisipan kung may isyu sa pagitan niya at ng Miss Philippines Earth organization.
Wala ring opisyal na pahayag ang organization ukol sa isyu.
Sa ngayon, kinakalampag pa rin ng fans ni Joy ang official Facebook page ng Miss Philippines Earth para humingi ng paglilinaw sa mga katanungan tungkol sa role ni Joy sa coronation night ng pageant.
Si Joy ay umabot ng Top 8 finalists ng Miss Earth 2025, at ang nag-uwi ng korona ay si Natalie Puskinova ng Czech Republic.
