Ibinasura ng Bacoor Regional Trial Court (RTC) ang apela ng aktor na si Archie Alemania kaugnay ng naunang guilty verdict sa kanya ukol sa kasong acts of lasciviousness na isinampa sa kanya ng aktres na si Rita Daniela.
Guilty ang hatol kay Archie ng Branch 2 ng Municipal Trial Court ng Bacoor City noong October 2025.

Kasunod nito, nagsumite ng apela si Archie sa Bacoor RTC upang baliktarin ang hatol noong nakaraang taon.
Nabigyan ng kopya ng Bacoor RTC decision ang GMA News Online ng kampo ng Kapuso actress.
Sa court decision na may petsang August 3, 2026, at pirmado ni Presiding Judge Persephone Meir B. Belena ng Bacoor RTC, pinagtibay nito na guilty beyond reasonable doubt si Archie sa kasong acts of lasciviousness.
Nagsampa ng reklamo si Rita laban kay Archie sa Bacoor City Office of the Prosecutor noong October 30, 2024.
Pagdedetalye ni Rita sa kanyang complaint, binastos umano siya ni Archie matapos nilang dumalo sa thanksgiving party ni Bea Alonzo na nangyari sa Quezon City noong September 9, 2024.
Ang party ay para sa pinagsamahan nilang Kapuso primetime teleserye na Widow’s War.

Kaugnay ng development ng kaso, sinabi ng abogado ni Rita na masaya siya sa desisyon ng RTC.
“Rita is very happy about it. This shows that the decision of the MTC convicting Archie for acts of lasciviousness is correct,” ayon kay Attorney Maggie Abraham-Garduque, sa mensaheng ipinadala nito sa GMA News Online.
Dagdag detalye ni Atty. Abraham-Garduque: “Since Archie did not avail of probation but instead opted to appeal the decision of MTC convicting him for the offense of acts of lasciviousness, upon finality of the decision he should serve his sentence of imprisonment.”
Walang pang reaksiyon si Archie kaugnay ng development ng kaso.
