Isabelle Daza proudly announced that she had fulfilled a promise she made last year to the residents of Ave Maria Village in Tanay, Rizal.

In an Instagram post on Friday, October 23, 2026, Isabelle shared how the project came to life and what it meant to her.

“I want to show you guys my biggest flex to date. Come. Okay, it’s not a bag. It’s not a watch. It’s a water pump!” beamed the model-actress.

During a visit to the village late last year, Isabelle shared her plan to help residents gain access to clean, safe drinking water.

Nearly a year later, she returned to Ave Maria to see the project for herself and test the water firsthand.

“So, tulad po ng ipinangako ko last year, November 2025, sinabi natin na mahirap umahon sa buhay kapag wala tayong mga basic necessities tulad ng malinis na tubig,” she told the residents.

FINDING THE RIGHT PARTNER

Waves for Water, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving access to clean water, helped make the initiative possible.

Isabelle shared that the group reached out to her after seeing a video of her visit to the village last year.

Waves for Water installed a submersible pump, storage tanks, filtration devices, and solar panels to get the water system up and running.

Pipes were also installed throughout the community, allowing residents to access water closer to their homes instead of having to carry buckets and fetch it as they did before.

“Honestly, I’m so proud of myself and all of you guys for supporting our mission because we reached it. Last year, we said [that] we wanted to give them clean water and potable water. So here it is. I'm so happy,” said Isabelle.

She also remarked, “It’s so fulfilling to see the communities happy with water. You know, it’s something we take for granted. Honestly, I love that we were able to do this.”

NEXT PROJECTS TO HELP THE COMMUNITY

With that goal now achieved, Isabelle hopes to take on more projects that will provide residents with other necessities and improve their quality of life.

She shared plans to bring electricity to the village, establish a community center where women can take part in livelihood programs, set up a co-working space for students, and provide internet access.

Wrapping up her video post, Isabelle thanked everyone who followed her journey and supported the initiative.

“ I just want to thank all of you guys for following the story, for engaging in it. You were able to contribute to Ave Maria, Tanay, Rizal. Thank you,” she said.
