Alden Richards is now a two-time Platinum artist after his two albums, Alden Richards and Wish I May, have reached the Platinum status this October.

Kapuso matinee idol Alden Richards's two music albums are now certified Platinum records.

Alden's Wish I May album from GMA Records has been certified Platinum by the Philippine Association of the Record Industry (PARI) after it sold more than 15,000 units.

This Platinum status came as no surprise since Alden's second album reached the Gold status even before its official release last October 17.

Alden's Platinum award for Wish I May was presented by PARI officials in Eat Bulaga! this afternoon, November 2.

Aside from Wish I May, Alden's self-titled album had also reached the Platinum status.

Alden Richards was released by Universal Records in 2013.
