Two Kapuso shows are currently engaged in a "power struggle" for primetime supremacy: Richard Gutierrez's Zorro and Robin Padilla's Totoy Bato.
Zorro topped the primetime race last Friday, April 24, with 31 percent. Totoy Bato, on the other hand, occupied the top slot Monday, April 27, with 37.3 percent. Although, Totoy Bato only placed third last Friday, and Zorro came in second yesterday.
ABS-CBN's I Love Betty La Fea, starring John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo, had its final episode last Friday with 30.9 percent to grab second place along with Ang Babaeng Hinugot Sa Aking Tadyang.
Betty La Fea was replaced by Only You, which stars Angel Locsin, Sam Milby, and Diether Ocampo. The new Kapamilya primetime series premiered last night with 26.5 percent for tenth place.
Dapat Ka Bang Mahalin? continues its strong showing in the daytime race.
Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho and Eat Bulaga! took the top slots Saturday, April 25, while Mel & Joey and SOP were the leaders last Sunday, April 26.
