AGB: Sunday Pinasaya gets double the ratings of ASAP

GMA-7 was the winner of the ratings game last weekend, August 6 to 7.

Its shows on both daytime and primetime landed the top spots.

On August 6, Saturday, Eat Bulaga! was first placer.

The long-running noontime show got a 19.9% rating, defeating It's Showtime's 14.2%.

On August 7, Sunday, Sunday Pinasaya was number one.

The comedy-variety show rated 18.5%, almost double than ASAP's 9.6%.

Weekend primetime was also GMA-7's domain.

The top-rater for August 6, Saturday, was the drama anthology Magpakailanman.

It had a 23.6% rating, beating MMK: Ang Tahanan Mo's 16.3%.

The Magpakailanman episode featuring Kris Bernal as an adopted daughter who meets her real dad.

On the other hand, MMK featured Xian Limm as a young man who only only has a few years to live.

Meanwhile, the top-rater for August 7, Sunday, was Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho.

The news magazine program scored 24.7%, defeating three ABS-CBN shows: Wansapantaym at 21.4%, Rated K at 14.1%, and Pinoy Big Brother at 11.2%.
