The pivotal scene in Till I Met You finally happened when Ali (JC Santos) admitted his real sexual preference.

In this ABS-CBN teleserye, his character admits that he is no longer attracted to his girlfriend Iris (Nadine Lustre) because he is in love with Basti (James Reid).

While spending time in Mykonos, Greece, the three friends witness a failed wedding proposal.

This triggers Ali, Iris, and Basti to ponder about the real situation of their hearts.





In the September 7 episode of Till I Met You, Ali decides to come out and admit that he is gay to his high school sweetheart.

"Bakla ako. Totoo ang sinasabi ko. Alam ko iyong sinasabi ko. Dapat matagal ko nang sinabi sa iyo. I fell in love with Basti. I'm sorry," he told Iris.

Upon hearing his admission that he is gay, a tearful Iris slaps Ali.

She walks away and blames Basti for this situation.

Ali says he has fallen in love with someone else but he does not say that he is attracted to Basti.

"Hindi mo alam kung ano pinapalampas mo. Mahal na mahal ka ni Iris. If I were you, hindi ko siya ipapapalit. Kahit kanino. Makipag-balikan ka sa kanya, while you still can," said Basti.

In the aftermath of this scenario, the friendship of the three will be tested as they deal with their feelings for each other.
