Relive the kilig moments of the Korean telenovela remade by
ABS-CBN by taking home a copy of the My Girl official soundtrack, which
is now available in record bars nationwide.
In the Philippine version of My Girl, Gerard Anderson and Kim Chiu
played Julian and Jasmine—two young teenagers who made everyone believe that
they were relatives. Their pretension eventually angered the people around
them, particularly Julian's grandfather and his aunt.
The youngsters both ended up falling for each other
regardless of the conflict between their families. In the September 5 ending of
My Girl, the show garnered 28.8 percent according to AGB Nielsen, based
on overnight ratings conducted among Mega Manila households. Julian and Jasmine
had a gorgeous wedding that was attended by their close friends and family
members.
Star Records has prepared an album compiling the memorable
songs that are part of this ABS-CBN teleserye. The OST's tracks include "My
Girl" performed by Sam Milby, "Sabihin Mo Na" by Yeng Constantino, "Crazy
Love" (Chinese version) by Kim Chiu, "Gulo, Hilo, Lito" by Acelvan Ommen,
"Kahit Hindi Mo Napapansin" by Richard Poon, "Pusong Lito" by Kim Chiu, and a bonus
track featuring the duet of Kim and Gerald for the song "Sabihin Mo Na."
