After three casting changes and two years of waiting, Star Cinema's suspense-thriller movie Bloody Crayons finally had its advance screening yesterday, July 11.
Janella Salvador and Elmo Magalona led the final cast members of Bloody Crayons during their premiere night held at the Dolphy Theater.
During the press conference of Bloody Crayons last June 27, Star Cinema reasoned out that management decision and schedule problems were the reasons behind the changes in casting.
This suspense-thriller movie, which is directed by Topel Lee, opened on July 12 in cinemas.
Some celebrities showed support for the cast of Bloody Crayons during the film's advanced screening:

Bloody Crayons is Janella Salvador and Elmo Magalona's first movie together.
During the press conference of Bloody Crayons, Elmo called Janella the "New Scream Queen."
This is Janella's second suspense film. In 2015, she topbilled the horror movie Haunted Mansion, which was an entry to the Metro Manila Film Festival.

Teen actress Loisa Andalio went to the premiere to support her bestfriend Maris Racal.
Loisa was also linked to Ronnie Alonte, who plays an important role in Bloody Crayons.

Ronnie Alonte is cast as John, the newbie member of the barkada.
This also serves as Ronnie's second suspense film. The first was the 2016 Metro Manila Film Festival horror entry Seklusyon.

Out of the male cast, it was only Yves who was able to retain his role from the first Bloody Crayons casting.
Joshua Garcia, Manolo Pedrosa, Inigo Pascual, Khalil Ramos, and Bailey May were among those originally considered for this film which started production in 2015.

Out of the female cast members, only Maris and Jane were part of the first roster of cast members.
In the second casting, Janella's role was supposed to be played by Julia Barretto.
