Karla Estrada is set to top-bill a new movie.
The Magandang Buhay host will be part of the comedy film Familya Blandina.
A story conference was held last Sunday, April 9.
This is the first movie featuring the tandem of Pinoy Big Brother Lucky 7 alumnus Marco Gallo and ASAP BFF5 member Kira Balinger.
Prior to Familya Blandina, Marco and Kira worked together in a still-untitled series with Andrei Yllana, Donny Pangilinan, and Jeremy Glinoga.
Marco's former leading lady was PBB housemate Kisses Delavin but the two of them had a falling out.
Meanwhile, Kira was paired with Joshua Garcia in ABS-CBN's The Greatest Love.
Child actress Xia Vigor, who was last seen in the 2018 film My Perfect You, will play an important role in Familya Blandina.
FPJ's Ang Probinsyano cast member Awra Briguela, comedian Negi, PBB housemate Heaven Peralejo, and 2018 Star Magic Circle member Chantal Videla are also part of the cast.
The other cast members of Familya Blandina include: Buboy Garrovillo, Jobert Austria, Rubi Rubi, and Lee O'Brien.
The film will be directed by Jerry Lopez Sineneng, whose last project was the Kapamilya prime-time series A Love To Last.
