Dubbed as Pelikusina (Cinema Paraiso 4): A Confluence of Film, Photography and Video, Pelikusina will serve as the primary film component for the celebration of the National Arts Month 2007.

Kicking off Pelikusinawould be Foto Binalot, wherein the gallery of NCCA will be turned into a camera obscura by renowned filmmaker Raymond Red. His exhibit will be displayed until February 28.

Sining Bidyo-Ok on the other hand, is a six-piece video art exhibit by some of the leading media artists today, namely Gerardo Tan, Gary Pastrano, Poklong Anading, Cocoy Lumbao, Karina Escay/ Moshe Landanga, and Rembrandt Vocalan. These esteemed media artists will use video monitors and projections to create optical trompe l'oeil videos.

There will also be a comparative film festival, aptly entitled Cinepares, which will showcase 20th and 21st century films, highlighting parallels and differences in approaches to cinema. One of the pairs to be featured would be Eddie Romero's Ang Ating Pag-ibig, which he directed in 1953, alongside his latest feature, Faces of Love, his first film in digital format, which he made in 2006.
