In keeping with an annual tradition and to celebrate of its 55th year
in the broadcasting industry, ABS-CBN gives a special Christmas presentation to
Filipinos titled Pasko Na, Kapamilya! The TV special, which was taped at the Araneta Coliseum last week, will be shown
tonight, December 21.
Kapamilya loveteams like Robi Domingo and Nicole Uysiuseng, Gerald Anderson and Kim Chiu, Sam Milby and Anne Curtis, John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo, and Jericho Rosales and Kristine Hermosa rekindle the romance as they serenade viewers with romantic songs in time for the holidays.
In addition, finalists of ABS-CBN's singing talent-search programs such as Star In A Million, Pinoy Dream Academy, and Little Big Stars, and PDA: Little Dreamers sing a medley of popular songs of Christmas.
Watch also for the Kapamilya balladeers like Mark Bautista, Christian Bautista, Erik Santos, Jed Madela, and Bugoy Drilon as they relive the original Pinoy music shared by the late National Artist for Music George Canseco.
Meanwhile, veteran singers like Gary Valenciano, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Pops Fernadez, and Kuh Ledesma, shared the stage with their kids. Gary sang with his children Gabby, Paolo, and Kiana; Pops sang along with Ram as he strums the guitar; Kuh performed with Isabella; and Zsa Zsa finally sang with daughter and new Kapamilya star Karylle on ABS-CBN's Christmas special program.
Of course, Kapamilya network spread the joy of Christmas to less fortunate kids through ABS-CBN's Foundation "BayaniJuan." During the program, every Filipino will see the cause-oriented projects done by the organization in different provinces, most of which were supported by different Kapamilya stars.
To complete the show, other stars like Comedy King Dolphy, Piolo Pascual, Ai-Ai delas Alas, Sarah Geronimo, Charice Pempengco, and Arnel Pineda also give their own performances for the audience. Watch comedians Pooh, Candy Pangilinan, Pokwang, brings the house down as they imitate Manny Pacquiao, his wife Jinky, and Nanay Dionisia, respectively.
