Love Me Again (Land Down Under) is the opening salvo of
Star Cinema for 2009.
The tagline of the movie goes: "This is the story of a woman
who goes to the Land Down Under for the sake of her family and her
dreams, and
the man who would go to the ends of the earth to follow her." This
movie, directed by Rory Quintos, stars Piolo Pascual and Angel Locsin.
The working title of the movie was Land Down Under but management decided to change it since not many Filipinos are aware that Australia is also known as the Land Down Under.
Aside from shooting in Katherine, Australia, the main characters also shot scenes in Impasug-ong and Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. In this film, Angel and Piolo trained to be cowboys who are comfortable working around horses.
