This week on Fated To Love You, tragedy looms over the intertwined lives of
Cindy (Joe Chen) and Steven (Ethan Ruan).
On the day of Grandma's (Tan Ai Zhen) birthday celebration, Anna (Bianca Bai) meets up with Cindy carrying documents that she asks the sticky-note girl to sign. In shock, Cindy realizes that they were papers regarding the abortion of her child with Steven. An unfortunate occurrence leads to her belief that it was Steven's decision, and she runs away for fear of her child.
Meanwhile, Steven finds out that the two women have arranged to meet. He quickly ventures out to look for Cindy, but once he finds her, he learns that she does not want to be anywhere near him. Confused by her actions, Steven runs after her, setting to motion a life-changing incident with unimaginable repercussions.
