Rosanna Roces will play a cruel mother in May Bukas Pa

One of the most controversial actresses in the entertainment industry, Rosanna Roces, appears in the ABS-CBN teleserye May Bukas Pa.

"Hindi lang dahil mataas ang rating ng programang ito kaya ako masaya na nakasama ako. Maganda kasi ang kwento at lagi may napupulot na aral," says Osang (Rosanna's nickname) when asked what she felt upon learning that she will be part of the said series.

Osang will play the role of a cruel mother. She considers her son, portrayed by Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition Plus big winner Ejay Falcon, as the bringer of bad luck in her life. How she came to be pessimistic is what we have to find out and how Santino (Zaijian Jaranilla) will alter her perception about life.

May Bukas Pa will be Ejay Falcon's first appearance in a Kapamilya primetime teleserye. When asked how he felt about his first scene for the soap, he happily shared, "Sobrang galing ni Ms. Osang. Dinadala niya ko sa eksena. Paano ba naman po kasi, iyakan agad yung scene naming dalawa."
