It was the night of August 6, 2008 and the birthday of
Tara Santelices.
Tara Santelices was on her way home in Cainta with her friend, Joee Mejias when the jeepney they're riding on got held-up. The holdupper got Tara's bag and she fought with the holdupper. Tara got shot in the head by the holdupper who immediately got off the jeepney.
Because of the shot in her head, Tara went into a coma for a couple of months. This Thursday, April 23, on Case Unclosed with Arnold Clavio, let us find out about Tara's current condition and what happened in her hold-up case.
Listen to the emotional narration of Tara's parents and how they tried to accept their daughter's condition now that Tara has been hospitalized for almost nine months. How is Tara now? Why did her parents say that the police's suspect was wrong? What is police's proof that Tara's case is already closed?
Accompany Arnold Clavio in visiting Tara at the Medical City.
Watch Case Unclosed with Arnold Clavio this Thursday, April 23, under the direction of Jade Francis Castro, who helmed the 2007 Cinemalaya Special Jury prize winner Endo.
