Jay Park, the former leader of the Korean boy band 2PM, is now in Manila for his first ever Fan Meet Tour 2010. It will take place this Sunday, October 3, at the SMX Convention Center.

2PM is considered to be one of South Korea's biggest-selling groups. Together, they released various hit albums, including Again and Again.

Better known to his fans in Asia as Park Jaebeom, Jay Park was a regular cast member on several TV programs, including Star King and Introducing Star's Friend. In August 2009, he and Kara member Nicole became the new MCs for historical culture variety show Nodaji.

After leaving the group in 2009, Jay Park is now back with his EP titled Count on Me, released through Warner Music Group Asia Pacific. He collaborated with one of Korea's most eminent producers, Keun Tae Park, for the EP's lead single also titled "Count on Me."

The EP Count On Me was released in other Asian countries such as Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Thailand earlier this year. It is now available in the Philippine record bars courtesy of Warner Music Philippines. It also includes Jay Park's rendition of B.o.B.'s "Nothin' On You," wherein he altered the rap part with Korean lyrics to truly make it his own. When he posted a video of the said song on Youtube, it became an instant hit and reached over 1.5 million views in less than 24 hours.

Tickets to Jay Park - Live in Manila (Fan Meet Tour 2010) are still available at TicketWorld (Tel. No. 891-9999) or through SM ticket outlets (Tel. No. 470-2222). For limited VIP tickets, call 374-9999.
