American Idol Season 7 runner-up David Archuleta conquered Manila last year with his back-to-back concert with David Cook.

This 2010, David Archuleta is set to return to the Philippines to delight his fans as he promotes his sophomore album The Other Side Of Down.

His showcase will be held at the SM City North EDSA Skydome on Wednesday, November 17,at 6 pm.

Fans who buy his latest album The Other Side of Down at the venue on that day will have the chance to have their CDs signed by David himself. It features the hits "Something 'Bout Love" and "Elevator."

Not only the followup to David's 2008 self-titled debut, it's a reintroduction to the pop singer-songwriter.

According to figures, American Idol was watched by approximately 30 million television viewers in the United States alone.

Sony Music explains why they chose The Other Side Of Down as the album's title: "David is still the same singer but he is now older, wiser, with faith still on his side and an eternally optimistic wide-eyed outlook. Hence, the album's title."
