A tragic incident paves the way for a romantic encounter between Marj (Heart Evangelista) and Rigo (Mark Herras) in Langit sa Piling Mo this week.
After successfully finishing her cabin crew training, Marj receives a ticket to any local destination as a reward from Eagle Airways. She single-mindedly chooses to go to Cebu believing that her long-lost siblings still live there.
When Marj gets on the plane, she meets Rigo all set to propose to his long-time girlfriend, Aurora (Katrina Halili), the scion of a wealthy family in Cebu.
By an unfortunate twist of fate, the plane crashes and the two find themselves trapped on a deserted island. As they struggle for survival, Marj and Rigo get to know each other and eventually find comfort in each other's arms.
By the time the rescuers have arrived, Marj had already fallen for Rigo. The young man is also smitten, even though he is aware that his father was presumably killed by Marj's dad.
Will Marj find enough courage to reveal her feelings, not to mention her real identity, to Rigo? Will Rigo acknowledge his feelings for Marj before it's too late?
