Gabby Concepcion and Albert Martinez have a deadly face-off in Kung Tayo'y Magkakalayo

Real-life friends Albert Martinez and Gabby Concepcion set aside their friendship for their face-off in Kung Tayo'y Magkakalayo this week on ABS-CBN.

"It's always comfortable working with a friend," Albert shared. "Hindi mahirap makaeksena si Gabby kasi we had a lot of chances na makatrabaho ang isa't isa before."


For his part, Gabby revealed that during his confrontation scenes with Albert, he needed to, somehow, set aside the friendship so that the scene would exude a sense of truth. "I have to make the scene look like real kasi. Kaya sometimes, di ko iniisip na magkaibigan kami [laughs]. But of course, para lang yun sa eksena."

In the story, the death of Celina (Maricar Reyes) stirs up more unexpected turns. Robbie (Gerald Anderson) begins an investigation on Ringo (Coco Martin). Steve (Gabby) and Frank (Albert) have another confrontation that puts one's life into the brink of death.
