Ilan sa mga artistang nag-like sa post ni Gretchen Barretto tungkol sa pakikisampatiya nito kay Nicko Falcis ay sina Enchong Dee, Aubrey Miles, at Aiko Melendez.
Ito ay kaugnay ng legal battle sa pagitan ni Nicko at ng TV host-actress na si Kris Aquino.
Si Nicko ay dating managing director ng digital company ni Kris na Kris Aquino C. Aquino Productions (KCAP).
Noong Sabado, January 5, ibinahagi ni Gretchen sa kanyang Instagram account ang screenshot ng inilathalang artikulo ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) na may titulong “Nicko Falcis swears Kris Aquino said: 'PAPAPATAY KA NG PAMILYA KO.”
Nakalagay sa caption ni Gretchen: “I feel for mr. Nicko Falcis after reading this article. I salute him for his courage to speak the truth, fight for his family name & reputation inspite of the threat to his life No to bullies!!!! STOP POWER TRIPPING”
Naka-deactivate ang comments section sa post na ito ni Gretchen.
Ngayong Lunes, January 7, mahigit 9,000 likes na ang post ni Gretchen mula sa netizens.
Kabilang sa mga nag-like ang mga kapwa niya artista ay sina Enchong, Aubrey, at Aiko.
Isang netizen ang kumuwestiyon sa ginawang pag-like ni Enchong sa post ni Gretchen.
Sabi ng may handlename na @jimsonpantojan: “@mr_enchongdee were you also a victim of bullying and power tripping by kris aquino?
“Gretchen Barretto had nothing to do with the issue yet she dipped her fingers into it.
“It was unnecessary as the cases were already filed in court.
"By liking her post, it pre supposes that you shared the same sentiments with her.
"Unless you also have your own experience of bullying and a hapless victim of power tripping by KCA herself, you are no different from Gretchen Barretto—and you know what that means.

THE KRIS-NICKO ISSUE
Noong October 12, 2018, sinampahan ni Kris si Nicko ng reklamong 44 counts ng Qualified Theft at Violation of Republic Act No. 8484, o mas kilala bilang Access Devices Regulation Act of 1998.
Ito ay kaugnay sa unauthorized diumanong paggamit ni Nicko sa credit card ng kumpanya na umabot sa halagang P1,270,980.31.
Dahil dito, humihingi si Kris ng kabuuang danyos na P32.27 million.
Mariin naman itong itinanggi ni Nicko sa kanyang official counter-affidavit, kung saan nakakuha ng kopya ang PEP.ph.
Ang 35-year-old finance whiz din ang nagsilbing talent manager at endorsement closer ni Kris sa loob ng 18 months.
