Tiniyak ni Lea Salonga na tuloy pa rin ang kanyang concert tour kahit naaksidente ito habang nag-i-ski sa Japan.

Masayang nagbabakasyon ang Filipino Broadway star kasama ang kanyang pamilya sa Hokkaido, Japan, nang mangyari ang aksidente.

Sa isang video post niya sa Instagram nitong Miyerkules, January 16, sinabi ni Lea na nabalian siya ng buto.

Aniya, “I broke my leg on a slope. Clearly, I have not learned the art of stopping so I crashed pretty hard and I broke my tibia.”

Ipinakita rin ni Lea sa kanyang video post na nakasaklay siya.

“I’m making this video just to let you know that I’m gonna be taking a couple of extra items in my luggage, namely a pair of crutches,” pagbibiro pa niya.

Subalit iginiit ng singer-actress na patuloy siyang nagpapagaling.

Tiniyak din ng Broadway singer, lalung-lalo na sa kanyang fans, na tuloy pa rin ang kanyang concert tour.

Gaganapin ang concert ni Lea sa Hong Kong sa February 8 and 9; sa Singapore sa February 13 and 14; at sa United Kingdom mula February hanggang March.

Nakatakda ring mag-perform ang Miss Saigon star sa USA mula April hanggang May.

Kamakailan, lumabas ang balitang makakasama ni Lea and international singer na si Josh Groban sa isang concert dito sa Pilipinas.

Ayon sa Ovation Productions, gaganapin ang concert nina Lea at Josh sa Mall of Asia Arena sa February 22.
