A Date with Xian Lim was the singer-actor's pre-birthday concert held last July 9 at the KIA Theater in Cubao. It was also his first major solo concert where he showcased his ability to play different musical instruments such as the guitar, the drums, and the piano.
Morrissette Amon, Dawn Chang, Richard Poon, and rapper Abra were some of his equally talented guests who spiced up the event.
The concert ended with the air of romance as his onscreen partner Kim Chiu performed with him onstage and even surprised him with a birthday cake.
The show was directed by Alco Guerrero, with musical direction by Silent Sanctuary's Chino David.
