For the 63rd edition of FAMAS, six ladies were hailed as Iconic Movie Queens of Philippine cinema: Sarah Geronimo, Dawn Zulueta, Maricel Soriano, Susan Roces, Nora Aunor, and Gloria Romero.
German Moreno presented the Youth Achievement Awards to ABS-CBN, GMA-7, and TV5 talents. This year's recipients were Nadine Lustre, Robi Domingo, Sofia Andres, Diego Loyzaga, Kiko Estrada, Kim Rodriguez, Miguel Tanfelix, Bianca Umali, Mark Neumann, and Jasmine Curtis-Smith.
