Pagpag won the Youth Choice Award of MMFF 2013. This horror film stars Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo. In the New Wave category, the Best Director Award went to Armando "Bing" Lao for the film Dukit, which depicts the life of a Kapampangan sculptor. The Special Jury Prize in the New Wave Category went to Mga Anino Ng Kahapon, which stars Agot Isidro and TJ Trinidad.
