The indie film Bakal Boys was chosen as Best Film by The Young Critics Circle. This Gina Pareno-starrer also bagged the award for Best Cinematography & Visual Design. Biyaheng Lupa, written and directed by Bing Lao, won the Best Screenplay award and Best Sound & Aural Design. The Best Editing award goes to Engkwentro while Janice de Belen earned the Best Performance plum for the film Last Viewing.
