Ruffa Gutierrez's bikini billboard for Belo na-ban sa NAIA. Airport officials found it too sexy, even if it has a permit from the Advertising Standard Council (ASC). Belo will replace it with a new layout. The billboard is located at the NAIA 2 Centennial Terminal Arrival area.
