Located at Cambridge Circle, the house is on the same street as the houses of Tonyboy Cojuangco (although he lives in a bigger house in nearby Dasmarinas Village) and Senator Loren Legarda, with the American ambassador's residence right on the next street. The bill: P338M! A steep price considering that lots there are currently going for just P120,000/sq m.
