Rina Casino, mother of young actor Albie Casino released the following statement: "I wish to make a public statement and apology to Carlos Concepcion and his family for mentioning and accusing him as one of those who assaulted my son. Carlos Concepcion was at his home during the incident. It is with deep regret that I mentioned him and caused damage to his good name and unnecessary stress to his family."
