“After sifting through the location, the personnel deployed reported that there is No waste in the area, contrary to what is thought to be insinuated in the photo.

“We ask that the public be vigilant in terms of our heritage sites and to call the attention of any law enforcement officer, or security officers who are posted in all areas, should there be any similar instances in the future.

“With this, we reiterate our call for everyone to be mindful of our environment and to practice responsible tourism, especially in our heritage sites.”

“There was no report from the guard. We also checked the site, no waste seen.

“We are concerned that instead of calling [the] attention of guard who is posted there if true, the one who posted it is using this for anti-Chinese sentiment,” ang pahayag ng Intramuros Administration.

Lahad ni Mendez, “This was captured by my student earlier today when we were having our Intrawalk tour.

“And Yes... this is just tonight... 4 Chinamen pissing along Buendia cor Ayala Ave.Cumon, you’re in the middle of the business district. Geesh, i just live across and I can literally shoot you,” ang caption ng concerned citizen na nagalit sa paglapastangan ng mga dayuhan sa ating kapaligiran.
