Ang litrato ni Cesar Montano at ng five-year-old son ni Sandra Seifert na si Corinth Ian or Coco ang matibay na patunay na ang aktor ang ama ng anak ng Miss Philippines Earth 2009.
Ang larawan ng mag-ama ang kauna-unahang litrato nilang magkasama na makikita ng publiko.
Hindi na kailangan ng direktang kumpirmasyon mula kina Cesar at Sandra dahil mababakas sa larawan ang sobrang pagmamahal ng aktor sa kanyang anak.
Sa exclusive interview ng Cabinet Files kay Sandra noong June 2020, hindi rin niya binanggit ang pangalan ng ama ni Coco. Pero naging matapat siya sa paghahayag ng saloobin.
Pahayag ng dating beauty queen, "I was very active in ministry work, so one of my greatest fears was being criticized for being pregnant before marriage, especially here in the Philippines.
"I didn’t want to disappoint them, but I also didn’t want them to think what I did was okay.
"At the same time, I am also only human, and when we are in love, a lot of times we are blinded and act more based on emotion rather than rationality.
"Since Corinth is a child born out of love, and one of my favorite chapters in the Bible that defines love is First Corinthians Chapter 13, I thought it was perfect.
"His dad gave him his middle name 'Ian' so his name is actually Corinth Ian."
Isinilang ni Sandra si Coco sa Amerika noong October 10, 2015, at nakikita raw niya sa kanyang anak ang mga katangian ng ama nito.
"Overall, I think he got the best of both parents—because of his dad he is athletic, highly motivated, enthusiastic, funny, a hustler who never gives up, and very bibo and lambing! Oh, and he also got his dad’s dimple!
"I decided to raise Corinth without a nanny because I want to be there every step of the way as he grows up.
"He only sees his father once in a while so I didn’t want him to end up seeing his mother only once in a while either."
