Janine Teñoso on writing songs based on her heartbreak: "For me it’s not really a reminder of the past. It’s a reminder for me na I finally moved on from that person and from that relationship."

Kuwento ni Janine: "Lahat po ng songs sa EP is made from my room.

"Journal entries po siya, actually, na turned into songs that were all made in my room.

Paliwanag ni Janine: "For me, when I write a song, I write because I wanna release my feelings. And after that, wala na. Move on na tayo.

"That’s how I make my music, so for me it’s not really a reminder of the past.

"It’s a reminder for me na I finally moved on from that person and from that relationship."

"When you go into a relationship, you invest a lot of your feelings and your emotions as a person.

Dugtong niya, "Unlike when you write a song, it’s already there. Kukunin mo na lang siya from within you unlike sa relationship, you have to really invest."

Aniya, "It’s okay to be alone. Once a relationship ends, you begin to realize more about yourself.

"And, I guess, during the pandemic, forced tayong lahat in solitude so there’s nothing much else to do but spend time with yourself.

"And I think, I finally learn how to be okay by being alone, [it's] not lonely though."
